Make sure to put a lid on it the last 5-7 minutes to cook the top of the eggs and melt the goat cheese. The onions were almost caramelized, and the mushrooms were cooked before I added the tomato sauce & capers. I added parsley the last three minutes, just to wilt it I like my parsley, bright green! Drizzling the Fustinis, basil olive oil was a perfect touch. And Brotherton’s toasted rye was the perfect flavor combination. 😊 Hi there! Happy "Spring Break" to all you parents and teachers out there! 😊 You are welcome to the farm's cafe today and this week, from 9-5:30. We love having kids here, and the 1.5 mile trail around the farm will reveal some fuzzy sheep and cow faces for the adventurous!
